Mosh Mob Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mosh Mob! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process To initiate a return, please email us at themob@moshmob.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at themob@moshmob.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Shipping Damages and Losses Mosh Mob cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
